Margot Katerina Photography consists of photographer Margot and assistant Rob.
Ever since becoming a member of a camera club in primary school, Margot has had a strong interest in photography. To pursue her passion, she studied Photography at Edinburgh Napier University, achieving a 2:1 BA(Hons).
Margot's interests lie in capturing precious memories for people, be it a wedding or a family portrait, each person has an occasion they want to remember. With a background in music, performance photography was a natural fusion of the two. But her interests also lie in underwater photography.
Underwater photography began when Margot became a PADI Divemaster, later to become PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer. From this, she has co-run Kraken Diving and captured scuba divers experiences in the waters around Orkney. Everything from their first step into the world of diving to seeing the WW1 German High Seas Fleet in Scapa Flow.
